Saimyo-ji (西明寺) is a Shingon sect temple in Ukyo-ku, Kyoto, Japan.

Saimyo-ji is noted for autumn leaves, and you can see the beautiful scenery of autumn leaves in its precincts.

Autumn leaves are best view about from the beginning to the middle of November.
